Payments
Projects may require payment before work starts, previews are released, or final files are delivered.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be included when they match the original scope. Major changes may require a new quote.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate requirements, lawful materials, timely feedback, and access needed for delivery.
Acceptable Use
Saphix will not build scams, harassment tools, malware, token grabbers, evasion systems, or policy-breaking systems.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatic and depend on project stage, completed work, time spent, and payment provider rules.
